Very light, clear, and watery texture that spreads quickly on the skin and is absorbed rapidly.

The toner leaves the skin feeling fresh and lightly hydrated, without a greasy or very sticky residue. This makes it particularly suitable for multiple thin layers and for use under other skincare products.

Application

After cleansing your face, dispense an appropriate amount into your palms or onto a cotton pad.

With your hands:

Gently spread over your face and neck and carefully pat until the toner is fully absorbed.

With a cotton pad:

Gently wipe over the skin without applying strong pressure, or dab onto particularly stressed areas of skin. Avoid the immediate eye area.

If more hydration is needed, two to three thin layers can be applied consecutively.

Can be used morning and evening.

Hanyori Tip

The best way to apply toner to sensitive or reddened skin is with your hands. This avoids the additional friction that can be caused by a cotton pad.

One layer is suitable for oily and combination skin. Dry or dehydrated skin can pat in two to three thin layers and then lock in the moisture with a cream.

You don't necessarily have to store the toner in the refrigerator. However, for a short-term refreshing effect, it can be stored cool, provided strong temperature fluctuations are avoided.

The toner is not an exfoliant and does not contain intentionally exfoliating AHA, BHA, or PHA acids.

It can soothingly support sensitive and blemish-prone skin but does not replace medical treatment for acne, rosacea, or other skin conditions.

The light formula alone is usually not sufficient for very dry skin. A moisturizing serum and a suitable cream should be applied afterwards.
