🫧 Exfoliating Toner Pads with AHA and BHA

✨ Support a smoother and clearer-looking complexion

🌿 Double-sided pads for skin texture and excess sebum

Medicube Zero Pore Pad 2.0 are pre-soaked toner pads for oily, blemish-prone, and uneven skin. The formulation combines lactic acid as AHA with salicylic acid and betaine salicylate as BHA components to reduce dead skin cells, excess sebum, and rough skin surfaces.

Each pad has a textured and a smooth side. The embossed side supports gentle mechanical and chemical exfoliation, while the softer side is used to evenly distribute the remaining essence.

Moisturizing and soothing ingredients such as panthenol, betaine, glycerin, allantoin, and sodium hyaluronate complement the acids. With regular, but not excessive, use, the skin can appear smoother, more even, and less oily.

Ideal for

• Combination and oily skin
• Skin prone to blackheads and blemishes
• Clogged and uneven-looking pores
• Excess sebum and visible shine
• Rough or irregular skin texture
• Dull skin with dead skin cells
• Simple AHA and BHA application

Effects & Benefits

• Removes dead skin cells through chemical exfoliation
• Helps reduce excess sebum and superficial debris
• Supports a smoother and more even-looking complexion
• Can cosmetically improve the appearance of clogged pores and blackheads
• Makes pores appear less noticeable due to a cleaner and smoother skin surface
• The double-sided structure allows for targeted and even application
• Moisturizing ingredients reduce a severely dry feeling after use

Texture & Finish

The pads are generously soaked in a watery, easily gliding essence. One side is textured and helps remove loose skin flakes and superficial residue. The other side is smoother and suitable for a gentler second pass.

After use, the skin feels fresh, clean, and slightly smoothed. A slightly damp or sticky film may temporarily remain, which usually subsides after absorption.

For oily and robust combination skin, the finish often appears pleasantly clear. Sensitive, dry, or already stressed skin due to retinoids and acids may react with burning, redness, or tightness.

Application

After cleansing, gently glide a pad with the textured side over the face and especially oily areas. Avoid the eye area, lips, and irritated skin. Then, use the smooth side to spread the remaining essence and gently pat it in.

Initially, use once or twice a week in the evening. If well tolerated, slowly increase to two to three times a week. Do not use daily. Afterwards, apply a soothing serum and a moisturizer. In the morning, consistently use sunscreen.

Key Ingredients

• Lactic Acid – an alpha hydroxy acid that loosens dead skin cells on the skin's surface and promotes smoother, more radiant-looking skin

• Salicylic Acid – fat-soluble beta hydroxy acid that can reduce excess sebum and debris in clogged-looking pores

• Betaine Salicylate – milder salicylate compound that complements the exfoliating and sebum-regulating effects

• Panthenol – supports soothing care and helps reduce dry or tight skin sensations

• Betaine – binds moisture and contributes to a more balanced skin feeling after exfoliation

• Glycerin and Glycereth-26 – support moisturization and help mitigate the drying effect of the acids

• Allantoin – soothes stressed-looking skin and adds skin-caring properties to the formulation

• Sodium Hyaluronate – a form of hyaluronic acid that binds moisture to the skin's surface

• Centella Asiatica Extract – complements the soothing and antioxidant care of sensitive-looking skin

• Willow Bark Extract – herbal ingredient with naturally occurring salicylate compounds; however, it does not replace a clearly defined salicylic acid concentration

• Fruit and Plant Extracts – complement the formulation with antioxidant and skin-caring ingredients

Routine example

Evening:
Cleansing → Medicube Zero Pore Pad 2.0 → Soothing Serum → Moisturizer

Hanyori Tip

Do not rub the textured side vigorously over the skin. The acids perform most of the exfoliation; strong mechanical rubbing primarily increases the risk of irritation.

To start, the pad can be halved and applied only to the nose, chin, or other areas that appear congested. This allows you to test for tolerability and use a single pad more sparingly.

Notes

The pads contain several exfoliating acid components, as well as denatured alcohol and various essential citrus, rosemary, eucalyptus, and lavender oils. Therefore, very sensitive, dry, or rosacea-prone skin should test the product with particular caution.

Do not combine with retinoids, high-dose ascorbic acid, other AHA/BHA products, peeling pads, or mechanical peels on the same evening. Do not use on injured, freshly shaved, or acutely inflamed skin.

Discontinue use if severe or persistent burning, itching, flaking, or redness occurs. The pads can cosmetically improve blackheads and clogged-looking pores, but they do not medically eliminate acne or permanently reduce pore size.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the products authentic?

Absolutely – all products come directly from selected and trusted retailers. We value authenticity, quality, and carefully curated K-skincare.

How do I integrate the product into my routine?

We recommend a clear sequence to maximize the performance of the formulas.

Generally, new products should be gradually incorporated into the routine.

Can I combine different active ingredients?

Not all active ingredients should be combined directly. Particular caution is advised with active ingredients such as retinol, AHA/BHA, or vitamin C. If you have any uncertainties, the Hanyori Skin Team will be happy to help.

When are the first results visible?

Skincare requires consistency and time. While some products can immediately provide a pleasant skin feel, visible results often only appear after several weeks of regular use.

How do I store the product correctly?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The packaging protects the active ingredients and keeps your shelf clean & minimalist.

What to do for sensitive skin?

We recommend carefully testing new products first and slowly integrating them into your routine. If your skin reacts sensitively, pause the application and give your skin time to calm down.
