Solid, sorbet-like balm texture, dispensed in a thin layer by the twist mechanism.

On dry skin, it melts into a silky cleansing oil. Upon contact with water, it forms a milky emulsion that rinses off more easily.

After rinsing, the skin feels clean, soft, and nourished. With proper emulsification, no heavily greasy film should remain.

In the evening, apply to a dry face with dry hands.

Turn the top mechanism clockwise until a sufficient amount of balm is dispensed.

Gently spread the balm over the face and massage in circular motions until makeup, sunscreen, and residue have dissolved. Treat eyes and lips gently and avoid direct eye contact.

Then add a little water and continue massaging until the texture emulsifies into a milky consistency. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

For a double cleanse, follow with a mild water-based cleanser.

Thorough emulsification is more important than prolonged rubbing. After dissolving the make-up, add a little water and continue massaging until the balm has turned completely milky.

On the nose, chin, and forehead, the balm can be massaged in a little longer, but without strong pressure. Aggressive rubbing does not remove blackheads more effectively and can additionally irritate sensitive skin.

Start with a small amount. Thanks to the screw mechanism, you can re-dose more product at any time if necessary.

The balm is a cleansing product, not a medical treatment for acne or blackheads.

It can dissolve excess sebum and residue, but does not permanently change natural pore size. Clean pores may appear less noticeable and thus optically refined.

The term "Grinding" primarily describes the twisting and dosing mechanism. The official formulation contains no discernible exfoliating beads and should therefore not be advertised as a mechanical exfoliant.

Do not apply to open, injured, or severely irritated skin. When removing eye make-up, do not rub vigorously and rinse the product thoroughly.

For very sensitive or reactive skin, test on a small patch of skin first. If irritation persists, discontinue use.
