For Retinal beginners:
For the first two weeks, apply a very small amount every other evening, targeting wrinkles, enlarged-looking pores, or other desired areas.

After acclimatisation:
If the skin tolerates the product well, it can be used more frequently or every evening from the third week onwards, and applied more evenly to the face.

Distribute gently and do not rub vigorously over the skin. Then apply a soothing moisturiser. Use sunscreen the next morning.
