The mask has a thick, creamy, and slightly granular paste. The visible rice particles spread well on the skin and provide a noticeable but not rough texture.

During the application time, the mask remains relatively supple and doesn't dry out as much as many pure clay masks. Depending on the amount applied, it can appear a bit heavier and more pasty.

After rinsing, the skin feels clean, soft, and smoothed. The finish is neither greasy nor heavily matte, but balanced and slightly radiant. However, leaving it on for too long or vigorous rubbing can still lead to a feeling of tightness or redness on sensitive and dry skin.

After cleansing, apply an even layer to the dry face, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Leave on for about 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.

When washing off, only massage very gently in circular motions, as the rice particles already provide mechanical exfoliation. Use once or twice a week. Sensitive or dry skin should start with five to ten minutes and once a week.

Do not let the mask dry out completely and crack. As soon as it appears drier in individual areas, it can be washed off. This way, the clarifying effect is maintained without unnecessarily dehydrating the skin.

For combination skin, apply a slightly thicker layer of the mask specifically to the forehead, nose, and chin. On dry cheeks, a very thin layer is sufficient, or these areas can be skipped entirely.

A patch test is recommended before the first use. The mask contains clay and mechanically exfoliating rice particles. It should not be used on broken, severely inflamed, freshly shaven, or skin already irritated by acids or retinoids.

On the same evening, avoid using additional peels, peeling pads, or highly concentrated acids. The mask can cosmetically support the appearance of clogged pores and excess sebum, but it does not eliminate acne or permanently reduce pore size.
